AUTOMATIC PAPER CORE RECUTTING MACHINE

APPLICATION

To recut the long (Jumbo) tubes into required small width tubes.

DESCRIPTION

This machine is simple to operate and maintain. The sizes and length of cut etc can be varied easily within the specifications.

FUNCTION

The machine is available in two versions. Single side ARC 1000S or Double side ARC 1000D.The Jumbo tubes loaded in the hopper (magazine) are automatically placed on the cutting station one after other automatically. The cutting mandrel is inserted into the tubes and then the blades cut the tube into the required widths. The cut tubes are collected to the bin automatically through a conveyor. The cut waste rings are collected in a bin separately.For higher output and to save operating cost the machine is available in Double end operation version also.
